Les Scouts organise training modules for leaders at the federal level. This training gives access to two certificates:

Certificate of club leader in a holiday centre (Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles)

Pursuant to the Belgian Decree related to Holiday Centres, leaders can train towards a certificate recognised by the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles (officially called Brevet d’Animateur en Centre de Vacances).

Scout leader's certificate (Woodbadge)

By the end of their training path, leaders are also awarded the Wood Badge (Scout leader’s certificate), an achievement recognised by the World Organisation of the Scout Movement (WOSM). Logs symbolize this certificate.
